Olivia Kissinger is an associate designer at Kohl’s.  She started her career at Kohl's as an assistant designer over men's and boy's TekGear.  She then was the associate designer over men's FLX, and her current position is the associate designer for women's TekGear owning lifestyle.  Currently her responsibilities include trend research, fabric development, sketching for the lifestyle category, design intent page creation, BOM page creation, relay fit intent to tech designers, merch the lifestyle category to present to merchants, and submit review.

She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design.  Her skills include photoshop, illustrator, flat pattern, illustration, hand embroidery, and knitting. She also has experience in 3D garment creation using Browzwear and CLO.  While at Kent State she learned the basic functions of knit programing for the Stoll M1+ software.  Her goal as a designer is to create innovative and sustainable athletic and outdoor apparel with a strong focus on the customers' needs.
